Block new patients from booking regular adjustment appointments
Only allow those already entered in the system to book regular appointments. If they are new to the office, prompt them to contact the office. That way we can confirm payment type, verify benefits before the patient comes in.

Add some way that If the patient is a new patient, do not allow them to make an "adjustment" type of appointment. -

SueWe often have new patients scheduling for an adjustment only, it really messes up our schedule especially when they book a 15 minute new patient appointment right before lunch, right before we close or during a busy time. Would LOVE if that was fixed, it would save us a lot of time and reduce patient frustration when we tell them our system allows that error.
