Customizing Patient Intakes
I would love to see the ability to customize the "Other Information" section with a similar format to the rest of the Intakes,. such as the ROS which pops open with other options when the patient selects yes or being able to setup multiple questions horizontally so that my form isn't 10 feet long. Also, would love to be able to add/share hyperlinks.

We are a cash practice. The only insurance we accept is Medicare. It would be nice to be able to further customize the intake forms to eliminate the insurance section on the intakes/make it clear that only Medicare information is required. This is confusing to our new patients. We discuss this with them over the phone,.... but it is still misleading. -

Sophia MergedCustomization of the new patient intake paperwork is very very minimal. Every practice is different and there should be more options to allow us to ask what we need to ask. The first 7 tabs do not allow any sort of editing capabilities (Insurance, complaints, system overview, lifestyle, med/fam hx) We should be able to add, remove edit what we want or dont want in our own paperwork. Additionally and most importantly, with more and more chiropractic offices switching to cash-practices there should be an option to remove the insurance tab so that patients are not misunderstanding financial responsibilities.
I asked a representative at chirofusion about this recently, they suggested we make an instructions page in the begining of the paperwork (under the consent doc tab) giving patients instructions about skipping the insurance tab since we dont take insurance. Feel like there should be a better alternative. -

Ashley MergedSpecifically, we would like to be able to delete fields. We are a cash practice; therefore, the insurance fields create a lot of confusion for patients (especially if they miss the "self pay" bubble at the top and can't continue without that info.
