  or at least make it a balance per date (not a continuous total if more than one UAC is available). Payment application becomes difficult (and inaccurate on reports) if UAC is applied to various services/products

  When a patient has an unapplied credit it should auto post once a charge is entered so we do not have to go through and apply the unapplied manually!!!

  It would be extremely helpful if the unapplied credit payments automatically got applied to the "patient payment" charge because it shows the wrong balance/credit when trying to send out statements

  If payments were applied to DOS rendered automatically, we would not be wasting time trying to find missing payments. The service that was not paid for would be the remaining charge.

  We really need to be able to apply the copay immediately without having to bill insurance first. It confuses the patients when we apply money from the UAC and it shows a different date.

  I agree this would save our office so much time. I have used numerous systems in the past and I have never had to wait for the visit to be entered to enter the payment for that day.
