Email confirmation when patient is scheduled in office sent right away
I would like the system to send a person an email (text or both) confirmation email right away, when I schedule them here in the office. That way, we don't have to wait while that save it in their phone!

Patients are rightly requesting that they receive a confirmation email when they are scheduled for an appointment when scheduling directly with our office. -

Stephani MergedNotify patients of a new appointment scheduling. Another healthcare facility I see has this feature and it is very helpful to my family and I. I can look up the email later and write it on the calendar.
