It's frustrating when the patient name changes when going from documentation to billing. It's a time-waster and can cause errors when entering information because if you forget to look, you'll enter info on the wrong patient. -

Dr. Liz McGbeing able to go right to Insurance info (similar to the demographic screen available when you click the name in Patient Accounting) or having an abreviated Patient insurance screen associated with the billing section.
