Online Scheduling with prepayment/credit card capture
Online booking with a prompt to enter credit card to hold their appointment, a notice of cancellation policy, and an automated receipt if the patient no shows or cancels without 24 hour notification(text No).

Add the ability to require credit card information when booking an appointment online. This will allow those patients that are a no-show as a new patients to be charged. -

Kael Moulton MergedA way for the patient to be required to add a card on file to secure the new patient visit when they schedule online. That way a late cancel/no show fee disclaimer can be required to make the appointment and/or force them to make a deposit for the slot.
