Removing CC type and last 4 digits requirement for manual credit cards

This is time consuming and doesn't help our practice at all. If it helpful for a practice, they will add it anyway. Making it required only slows down our check out time for patients.

Disallow ability to input last 4 digits of credit card number in the payment area of box- this has created numerous errors and is frequently input by mistake if staff not paying attention
