Text Reminder Responses
The system currently allows the patient to respond Yes to a text reminder and updates in the scheduler with a green dot. The patient can then respond again with No and the system sends them a text saying that appointment has been cancelled. It does not update the scheduler with a red dot showing that they cancelled. Either do not give the patient the ability to respond the second time or allow system to update scheduler.

Not for sure if this has been addressed, but I would like the ability to change the reminder at the front desk. Example, a patient cancels and then calls and says they can make it. The red circle stays and the doctor thinks that patient has still canceled. Is there a way we can change the status ourselves if someone calls in to change their mind? -

MalWould love to see this changed. We are not notified when patients originally responded yes and then changed their mind. They assume we got their "no" reply because they get a message saying their appointment has been cancelled. yet the clinic has not gotten any notification of that cancellation. This causes us to sit with empty appointment slots while we have a list of people on cancel list that would have loved that spot.

Kathy Benson MergedIf a patient types "n" (by mistake) and gets "invalid request" and then types "no" and gets "thank you your scheduled appointment has been canceled" chirofusion should then show the red cancellation circle even though it is the second time they responded. If a patient types "yes" and has a green circle next to their name on the schedule, then has to cancel and types "no" it should change the response from green to red regardless how many times they change the response, so the provider is aware of the status of the patient.

Katie OThis is creating a large problem for our office as well. A patient thinks they are being diligent in canceling their appointment they confirmed in error to. Then when they no show, they receive a no show fee. This makes it difficult for us to stay firm on our policy.
