EOB posting in new billing module
Allow multiple charges, such as each visit, to be selected for the adjustment type like in the old module, instead of having to individually choose for each charge.

AC MergedWould like the ability to use arrow keys to choose the Adj. Type like I was able to do in the old billing tab. Also, it would be nice to select the top one and it would automatically change the rest. It is cumbersome having to choose the same type for each entry.

AC MergedWhen entering EOBs... I would like to enter the DOS along with the name in the main search. I don't like having to select the advanced search tab to enter it there. It takes longer than the old billing.

AC MergedWhen posting EOB payments, old billing allowed me to tab thru all boxes and use arrow keys to flip thru the adjustment types. It auto changed all boxes to the same adj type as well. New Billing requires the mouse to select the adjustment type and it has to be done for every single line of each claim. It's very time consuming to go back and forth from keyboard to mouse. PLEASE bring this feature into New Billing! Thank you!

AC MergedWith New Billing, you have to click on advanced search, click in the dos box, then enter the dos. With the old billing, you had the dos box right there without having to click on advanced search to get to it. Made it a little faster. Would like that to be available with just a "tab" so I don't have to keep going back to the mouse to select it. Please consider, thanks!

Jennifer MergedIf you are going to make us change the adjustment on each individual line (EOB Posting) then we at least have to be able to use the arrow keys.

ACYou can't even select the adjustment for each line first to get all the mouse work out of the way so you can just enter the amounts and tab thru. It deletes the selection when you go back to enter the amounts!!! This needs fixed now!

John Schroeppel MergedFor sure, having to click on the dropdown menu and select a type for each line item is really time consuming. I really liked the auto populate you had before.
