Show Time that Appointment was Canceled with a Text Reminder
We have a 24 hour cancellation fee and it is hard to implement that if we have no way of knowing when they cancelled.

David kulla MergedWe charge for late cancels if not done by midnight night before and your system doesn’t allow us to see when they cancelled Therefore we don’t know whether to charge them or not.

Synergy Wellness MergedOur office has a cancellation policy that requires patients to notify us in a timely manner.
It would be great if we could have a cancellation confirmation email sent to us, just like the confirmation for an appointment created online.
This way we can track the time of their cancellation to see if they are subject to fee for their tardiness. -
