More information on the Create New Appointment pop-up.
We would very much like to see the following information on the CREATE NEW APPOINTMENT POP-UP once a name is typed in:
1. NICKNAME - to schedule to correct patient (some nicknames are very different from given names and searching birthdates takes time).
2. DATE OF LAST APPOINTMENT - often required to know what type of appointment to schedule.
3. BALANCE OWED - patients who are past due may be required to pay balance before scheduling another appointment.
4. ALERTS - might affect the type of appointment scheduled.
With the exception of DATE OF LAST APPOINTMENT (which does not show at all on the calendar), these items are available only after the appointment is scheduled and on the calendar (which requires looking up information and editing the appointment). Seeing this information while actually scheduling the appointment would be a great time saver.

Carol MergedThe last date of service should be easily accessible when scheduling a patient. The time allowed for an appointment is dependent on how current they are.

Kelly MergedShow patients last scheduled appointment on the Create New Appointment pop up and/or patients vCard. It would be nice to have an at a glance look if they need to be re-activated. If I'm on the scheduling screen, I don't want to leave it to view the dashboard or accounts screen to know when they were in last.
