Appointment History report should show every appointment and their status (no show, cancel, complete
This is the only place that you can double check the appointments a patient has had, if it doesn't show that the patient cancelled/rescheduled/noshowed and appt, it might end up getting billed out.

Katie OngIt would be especially helpful for our work comp patients to be able to have the cancelled/rescheduled/no show detail or checked out detail in an appointment history view. The adjusters and RN case managers often ask for this detail and we have to manually look up each one.

TLDiazWe have providers (massage therapists) that don't ever put in SOAP notes...it would be wonderful to be able to see those visits in the section!

PVCThe full history path would be helpful to see in a report. Especially for chronic last minute changes/cancellations/no shows by patients.
