  Send text reminders more than 24 hours before hand, preferably 48 hours. Many patients dont confirm until the evening after they get home from work and by than we have closed for the day or turned appointments away because we didnt get the cancellation requests. This is very detrimental to our appointment flow, patient care & doctors schedule.
