Appt status color changes//Have patients who are checked out be a different color
It would be nice to be able to see that a patient has been marked as checked out by the color of the name changing since if you have an alert on the patient, it usually covers the "CO" marked for checked out. Then we know that all the patients for the day are checked out and our weekly amount of patients is correct

It would be most helpful if the appointment color would fade (muted color) when you check them out. -

Carrie Mahner MergedWe have 2 providers & double book so the WR/CO etc. status is not even visible on the staff scheduler because it's cut off. Please add a feature to change the color or add a flag or something to make it visible when people are in the waiting room & checked out. We just went on the system & this is a must. We can't be alone in this.

WinChiro MergedIt would be easier for the doctor to figure out who on the schedule, via his I-Pad, is doing what in the moment if instead of just changing the small letters next to the name, to then change the entire color of the appointment on the schedule. It could be customizable to individual practices such as if we wanted "Scheduled Current Patient" to remain blue, "Waiting Room" to be red, "Treatment Rooms" to become yellow, and "Checked Out" to be green. Our old system had this feature and it proved to be very helpful for front desk staff and doctor communication through our technology and online systems.
