Waiting List
Make a waiting list on the front schedule screen. This way when people want in sooner than you have available you can put them on the list with a note so we can see it at all times to keep an eye open for what they need

It would be very helpful to have a waitlist function where we could track patients that could fill a time if it were to open. Simple information could be tracked such as name, type of appointment, time, and phone number. -

PVC MergedWe frequently have patients ask to be added to a wait list - we have to use pen and paper. It would be really helpful to have the system track a wait list for each doctor, remove the person from the wait list when they are added to the schedule. It should be visible when looking at the calendar > Schedule > day view.

Angela Snyder MergedA way for me to make a call list of people, that not only I could see, but the doctor could see. Of people who want in either on the day you are super busy or for furture dates. So the doctor knows when someone cancels, who might be a priority to get in. If it would be off on the left or right side of the schedule page would be great.
