Support for multiple authorization numbers
I would like to be able to use more than one authorization number at a time. We have patients that have two insurances and both of these require an authorization code.

ArielThis would be extremely helpful. We are able to create separate cases for separate insurances but only one spot for authorizations so when we include multiple authorizations the numbers often get cut off on the HCFA, which can create problems with our claims. Sometimes we have as many as three active authorizations at one time.

April MergedAllow multiple visit trackers. We have patients with chiro, massage, and acupuncture packages. One tracker limit requires and old keeping old & new methods & confusion in logistics while we want to utilize it as much as possible.

DoctorWe need the ability to have more than one authorization. Some insurances require pre authorization in advance. I then would have to delete the current authorization to enter in the future authorization. This system should be able to do this based on dates at the very least. As well as keep track of the past authorizations over time as a reference for claim issues etc... Not having the ability to file a claim and it automatically pull the authorization within that date of service range seems very outdated. It makes for so much more repetitive work for office staff to keep track of all of this. Please update this system to be more user friendly.

JakeThis is becoming another area that is more common place for insurance. BCBS is moving heavily to authorization for anything that is not a spinal adjustment. That means one authorization for PT modalities and another one for manual therapy (at the very least). The isn't just a good idea this is a necessity.

CGFDefinately need to support multiple authorizations and would also like an alert when an authorization expires.

KelseaThis would be extremely helpful! Not only do we have patients who have 2 insurances which both require separate authorizations, we also have multiple provider types (chiros and acupuncturists) and both services require separate authorizations. The ability to have multiple auths and to choose which one to send with the bills would be very helpful and appreciated.

LoriAuthorizations should be case specific and have the ability to have 2 or 3 Authorizations for the same person entered in the Auth screen, so if something needs a rebill, you don't have to recreate the wheel in order to do it. PLEASE DO THIS, IT WOULD BE A GREAT TIME SAVER!

Dr. Foster MergedI feel this would greatly benefit our office. As of now there is not a way to keep history of Authorizations except in the Notes section of the Chart. You have to delete the previous authorization before entering another one. How are you suppose to keep record of a patient's full chart if you are having to delete information. These should be kept as a reference to refer back to if needed incase of a denial and or other issue.
