  I'd like to see a place to check to see if text messages were sent, a way to resend the whole day, part of the day, or just resend an individual text to a patient. Also the ability to send the whole day a special text if the office needs to close would be nice.

  The ability to send customized texts itself would be highly beneficial. In case a patient wants to respond stating they need to reschedule. Having the ability to do that through the software would be fantastic.

  Would prefer that text reminders do not allow patients to cancel their appointment through text, and must call to do so.

  It would be really helpful to be able to edit the email reminders and/or email confirmations that are sent out to patients. Especially for Online Scheduling. Our practice offers mobile appointments on the weekend and it would be helpful for patients to know where their appointment would be that day. Thanks!

  We echo the ability of the patient to be able to reschedule from the reminder text. However it would also be handy if they could actually text that number and be able to schedule when they do not have an appointment pending. I realize there is online scheduling and that is extra money.
  However just to allow true two way texting and that could be answered inside a provider portal or app.

  Right now the email comes from a no-reply email and subject is "Your upcoming appointment with our office". This does not give the patient any idea who the email is from.
  Would also like to be able to edit the body, specifically who the email was sent from. Would like it to be from our office, not an individual provider or user.
  Lastly, would like to choose the sending email, would like to use our office email so that if patients have problems/questions they can reply back.

  Would be very helpful to have a way for patients to respond as to WHY they are cancelling. Maybe also a response option that leaves a yellow dot that means, "I can't make it today, but I intend to reschedule".

  May not be the section to add, but this would be nice to have for the Initial Information Intake Email going out to patients. (We have some specific info. that we send in a second follow-up email, such as specific directions to our office door, appropriate clothing for possible x-rays, etc.)

  I would like to be able to customize when and how many messages the patients receive for text reminders. I get three reminders from my hairdresser. One when the appointment is made, one the day before and one the day of the appointment. If we use the hours you allot which applies to all but only once, my 8 am appointment is getting a reminder at 2 am.

  Would be a great feature so we can include our cancellation policy and any policy changes, as well as alert patients of any changes to office hours, etc. Also have a lot of requests from new patients to text them our address.

  Also, we need to be able to control the text/email reminders so they only get one per visit. For example, if they are scheduled with the Dr at 8:30, the rehab department at 9:00 and the massage therapist at 9:30, they do not need 3 text/email reminders. It causes a lot of confusion, chaos and irritated patients. It makes us look disorganized and leaves a bad impression.

  Being able to customize the email, especially since it is a paid add-on, would be helpful. We are still COVID screening and to be able to send patients reminders that are informative and current would be helpful.

  It would be so helpful to be able to include any info we would like including our address or policies in the reminders! It would be great for patients to be able to respond to these reminders as well in case they need to reschedule!

  Being able to customize the text reminders would be ideal. Especially since we have online scheduling. There should be a link to reschedule, not just the office phone number of which isn't helpful when online scheduling is main way to schedule.
