Doctor schedule print out should display all open hours time slots (including empty/available times)
When printing out Doctor patient schedules for the day it would be helpful if all time slots displayed and even the empty available times. We can then print one sheet for the day and write in updated appointments as they get scheduled. A lot of times we end up reprinting the schedule numerous times a day as the schedule has changed.

Allow a printout of the exact schedule too, not just a list. Sometimes it's nice to see the full layout of the schedule on paper.
Also, the option of printing the scheduled patients only, not Cancelled/Rescheduled. -

Dr. JesseAgree with all of the above! Would be very useful to have a printable schedule that includes open time slots as well as filled spots.
