Alerts should pop up when scheduling a patient.
The ability to have an alert set for a patient to pop up when you schedule them and also check them in.

Yes, maybe you have to put an alert with patient that they owe for their last visit or to remind them of something. -

KarenThis would be extremely helpful with patient's who require a Prior Authorization, need updates on paperwork and/or insurance, or have a co-pay due. Would save me a lot of time with billing, if my scheduler could see the notes I have in under Alerts for Insurance information.

Karen CasperPlease make this change, it would be very helpful to let my scheduling person know if a patient has a balance or has been sent to collection prior to scheduling a new appointment.

Todd CunninghamIt would be nice if we were able to create/select an alert associated w/ a "Special Appointment" so the patient can see this as "Reminders" at check-ins.

ACWould really benefit from having pop-up scheduling alerts for patients. If they have a balance or are due for a re-eval (anything), we can give them a heads up when they schedule.
