Ability to pick specific time of day for Text Reminders

Ability to use set time that reminder goes out based on different time blocks rather than selecting 24 hours for all appointments or 12 hours or 3 hours etc. Early morning appointment people don't want a text reminder at 3 am.

We have patients that get their text reminders in the middle of the night

YES please! Getting a text at midnight can be annoying. PLEASE make this change!
