Patient able to pay online through patient portal

Create a patient portal so that patient's can pay online credit card only.

Could you include sending out patient statements through this portal? That would allow the patient to receive their statements via email and pay through the portal. Things would go smoother and be considered going "green". I have several medical offices I go to that have this ability.

Can we add a credit card capture when booking new patient appointments as well? I need this for our no-show/cancellation fee.
