Customize Appointment Reminder times
It would be great to be able to choose a time frame to send patient reminder texts when you make the appointment. If the appointment is set for 8:00 am and my system is set to send all reminders 6 or 4 hours before, the patient is getting a text in the middle of the night. If it is set for 12 hours in advance, noon patients would get a text at midnight.

It would be helpful, especially for patients scheduled early in the morning to have the ability to customize the text time so that they don't get a text at 4am. If it can't be done for each individual patient, then maybe just have 2 default times, one for regularly scheduled patients and one for those scheduled prior to 10am or so. -

Jennifer Milus MergedMy patients have been getting their text reminders for appts at 4:30 AM. Sometime they think that it's an emergency, and have work or family issues that mean they have to leave their phone on at night. I wonder if we could do 18 hours before, or and hour or 2 before.

Kerry Deyo, DC MergedI think it would be great if when patients are cancelling an appointment with the text reminders that it tells them that they will be charged for cancelling within 24 hours and make this optional for each practice using the feature. I am having patients cancel using them and its awkward bringing up to them
