  I agree. Need to be able to see this information at a glance, for scheduling purposes. If someone no shows a lot we need to be able to see that and charge them, without being able to see all the appts, you can't charge them without mass searching.

  In this time of COVID 19 this is even more important. I spend a great amount of time backtracking each patient to get his/her timeline after we find that they are ill or have been exposed. From the scheduling screen would be ideal. Thank you for your prompt consideration.

  Would be very helpful to see past appointments on the pts. dashboard. having to run a report every time to see a patients previous appointments when the doctor has not been able to do all the notes yet is a pain.

  Reviewing the patients appointment history is so imperative for numerous reasons. There should be a box in the patient dashboard that shows all past and future appointments

  I would like to see Appointment History at a glance as well as the TIMES at which patients came in because it is easier for our Front Desk to schedule patients when they have an idea of their appointment patterns.

  Appointment history : make the Appointment Hx in the dashboard a true visit history at a glance. In that spot any and all visits based on the dates they appear on the schedule should be quickly viewable whether or not a note was completed. If someone does Chiro, Acupuncture and Massage visits on the same day, then it would be nice to see that. If a note was incomplete or not done for one of the visits on a date of service it can be identified and completed without having to toggle in and out running patient reports. Looks to me it's not an appointment history at all, just a Soap note link.
