  I wish there was a way the UAC and applied Patient Payments could be archived after a payment is posted using this method. Many of our patients know their co-pays and pay in advance of seeing the doctor. This leads to a large number of UAC's showing every time a payment needs to be applied using the UAC method.

  Having the UAC remain is very confusing for our front desk staff when a patient has a question on when they made a payment. If I could archive the UAC once it is posted, this would allow much less scrolling and improve clarification of how payment was applied.
