text decline should automatically be changed to cancellation in the schedule and open up the time slot for another patient scheduling online.

It should also get rid of the text reminder when they cancel.

We need a time stamp for canceled appointments to enfore the cancelation policy.
Also, if they cancel via Text Reminder, we need it to come through to us if they text "No, I'm feeling sick today".
The patient gets confirmation their appointment has been canceled, but the provider gets nothing if they type anything beyond "no"

Patients should have the ability to change or cancel an appointment they scheduled using the online scheduler. They shouldn't be able to change or cancel it within 24 hours of their appointment. For that they need to contact the office.
