Allow patients to cancel and reschedule in patient portal
For the online scheduling patients allow them to manage their appointment via the patient portal. Especially for cancellations, rescheduling and recurring appointments.

Lakeisha MergedOur patients used to enjoy the option to schedule recurring appointments, canceling, and rescheduling they're own appointment. we've had several patients express to us that they do not like the way it is set up and don't like having to make changes by calling the office instead of having the option to make changes to they're schedule themselves. Is this something you guys can look into incorporating these options.

KristaEnsuring there is a time stamp for patients to reschedule to ensure they are within cancelation policy timelines.
Would be amazing if they are rescheduling within a time limit (24 hours) to pop up a modal for them that says "you are changing your appointment with 24 hours, which will incur a missed appointment fee. Are you sure you want to reschedule?" or something along those lines. -

Paul MahlerIt would also be great if when a patient cancels an appointment on the text messages if just something as simple as a link to reschedule is sent to them at that time so they could reschedule immediately without having to contact you
