  This would be a nice feature as we have a 24 hour cancellation policy however there is no way to edit my text reminder to go out 48 hours in advance and then again 24 hours.

  This would help the patients so much, alot of our patients especially patients that have a very busy schedule with kids or our older patients who need that extra reminder. I got the text yesterday and remembered but I just got busy today and forgot.

  Be able to send a text reminder 24 hours before a patients scheduled appointment, and for example being able to send an additional automatic text the same day a couple of hours before said appointment as an additional reminder

  We would love for there to be an option to send patients an automated text/email reminder right when we schedule their appointment, and then for them to get a second reminder 24hrs in advance.
