Have the text messaging send a link to reschedule online when they cancel appointment via text reminder

When a patient doesn't approve the appointment in the text reminder, add a link to the online scheduling along with the phone number to follow up text. That way they can change the appointment on the spot.

Would be nice to have the patient receive a text message saying "their appointment was cancelled" when the provider cancels the appt. Also, when a person confirms their appt with a "yes" and then later decides "no" and types "no", it would be nice for them to get a message saying "your appointment is not cancelled - you need to call the clinic to cancel"...............
