  60 days is a difficult time span for billing reports - especially when needing quarterly reports for sales tax, etc . . .

  It is that time of year again, and it appears there is still no way to generate annual statistical reports that include total billings, collections , new patient visits, write-off amounts, etc. There should also be a way to run a monthly comparison report for prior year to current year. I have spent hours over the weekend running individual monthly reports and tallying up numbers. For me, this is a huge negative for ChiroFusion, one that I had hoped would be rectified with the new billing module.

  ALL SEARCHES LIMITIED TO 30 DAYS OR 60 OR PATIENT ACCOUNTING LIMITED TO AN AUTO SEARCH DATE - IT IS SUCH AN EASY WAY TO LOSE CLAIMS TO FILE, ERAs TO POST, ECLAIMS REJECTED, PATIENT'S ENCOUNTERS IN THEIR ACCOUNT, ETC. PLEASE CHANGE THIS TO NO AUTOMATIC DATE RANGE OR ATLEAST A YEAR

  I hope this is for ALL financial reports. Any report you can run on Chirofusion. Not having this ability is so limiting to our business.
