Adjust the order of Appointment Types
I would like to be able to adjust the way the appointment types list when scheduling an appointment. Right now they are in the order of which we added them into the system.
For example, we recently added a new type of massage appointment so it shows up at the bottom of the list. The rest of the massage types are grouped together farther up the list. So it takes extra time at the front desk when rescheduling having to scroll through all the different types to find the correct appointment type.
It would be wonderful to have the ability to adjust these to display in a certain order!!!

Annie WPlease!!!! When we first started, we put them in all jumbled. Months later I had to delete the appointment types and re-enter them just to find out that I made a mistake on the name of one. I can't even change the name and to keep them in alphabetical order I'd have to go delete all of them a gain. Please at least alphabetize them!!!

KellyYES! Please! This would greatly help. It would be nice to move the ones we rarely use to the bottom.

Luke Beukelman MergedThe only way to rename an appointment type right now is to make a new one and delete the old one, which seems to mess with all previous appointments of the deleted type.

Kayla B. MergedThis is a serious FLAW. I just erased our entire 2 year history of specific visit types due to wanting to change the order of the appointment type list. If I would have known that it would entirely destroy our books history, I would not have touched it. This needs to be fixed ASAP to save practices from doing the same thing. There needs to be an option to list the appointment types in a customized order, without deleting the appointment type, if it is going to effect the entire past visit history. Very aggravating, as there is no way to fix this mistake now.

RaeThis would be so beneficial - since we added a new provider with a different type of a new patient appointment. Her New Patient appointment slot is all the way at the bottom, and the only way for us to change this would be to delete all appointment types and basically start over.
