Online Scheduling Appointment Type Descriptions
It would be very helpful to be able to add descriptions to the online scheduling appointment types. Frequently, patients will choose the wrong type (ie. adjustment when they should be new condition or re-examination) and we have to call them to change the appointment. Descriptions could help eliminate or reduce this issue.

Yes, I have different levels of care patients can choose and it would be wonderful if they could read about that they are while scheduling. -

Rikke Johansen MergedFor scheduling purposes and for the online scheduling system integration: Appointment type and description (ie length of appointment and price) are important for me to add for transparency to the patient scheduling (in my practice). And this changes frequently. An easier way to change without adding a new line item in the appointment type would make the ever-expanding and confusing scroll list of appointment types more manageable. I would love to be able to delete some of my early appointment types. It would also be nice to be able to change the default appointment type 'adjustment' to my clinic preference. The scheduling system can be a major practice efficiency tool Thank you for listening. (I am (back to simplicity) in solo practice, 30 years and managing my practice by using the automated functions to the fullest)
